At the Caribbean Plate, our mission is to elevate Caribbean dishes by repositioning them as exotic foods with fine dining experiences, exceptional service, and a strong commitment to the Caribbean cultural identity. We started the Caribbean Plate Restaurant to address the lack of quality Caribbean nutritious and affordable foods within the Caribbean community.

In addition, we aim to deliver meals to homebound elderly Caribbean individuals who wish to enjoy food that reminds them of their heritage. By sharing our cuisine and uplifting Caribbean culture in New York, we strive to make a positive impact through our commitment to sustainability and community engagement.
